Свой выход к озеру, причал и лодочка. Рыбалка!
Всего 20 минут из центра города на машине.
Рядом ТЦ Мега, кафе Донская станица, Магнит, Пятёрочка, пекарня, аптека
Для восстановления сил и приятного отдыха - озеро, рыбалка, мангал, птички, деревья, цветы, камин или костёр, кинопроектор, велосипеды.
Домик двухэтажный, вход на 2 этаж с улицы.
Цена базовая указана за двух человек и одного ребёнка, если он спит в кровати с родителями. Принимаем гостей от 23 лет. Дети только в сопровождении родителей.
На территории два дома, в одном проживает хозяйка, а второй ближе к озеру сдаётся. Никто никого не беспокоит. Но под шумные мероприятия не сдаётся
Возможно размещение с животными за дополнительную плату 300-500 руб. Детская кроватка по требованию-500 руб.
