Дорога к участку грунтовая, много выбоин, для авто с низкой посадкой будут проблемы

Advantages:

Дом находится на берегу реки, есть все удобства, горячая вода, микроволновка, ванная комната. Хорошо отдыхать компанией или большой семьёй. Домашние животные куры, с утра будет петушок, даже видели ежика. Отдых от городской суеты.

Disadvantages:

Холодильник оставляет желать лучшего, находится на улице, но есть. Мы были семьёй (втроем), соседей не было, хозяева не ночевали, забор сетка рабица, ворота не закрыты, не совсем комфортно в плане безопасности (но это лично мне).
