Advantages:

Есть место парковки во дворе. Постельное, набор полотенец, посуда. Сплит-система. Горячая вода.

Disadvantages:

Из небольших недостатков: Лейка душа не держалась, приходилось держать в руках. Кран на умывальнике очень маленький, что не удавалось помыть руки и посуду.
