Advantages:

Когда не хватало сил до Ростова, пришлось остановиться в Миллерово. Спасибо владельцу, что оперативно отреагировал.

Disadvantages:

Квартира «бабушкин вариант» с насекомыми, которые грызли ночью. Точно не то место, которое можно рекомендовать и куда хочется вернуться.
