Для вашего удобства стиральная машина, холодильник и полностью оборудованная кухня и санузел. Двухспальная кровать и диван. Находится в 1 км от трассы М-4-Дон. Рядом парки «Лога» и «Патриот».
Заселение только лиц старше 21 года, по предъявлению паспорта. Не сдаётся для праздников и вечеринок. Сдаётся для гостей города и транзитных туристов.
Заселение после 17:00. Выезд до 15:00. Залог возвращается после уборки. В случае нарушения правил проживания заселение не осуществляется.
