Пocлe каждого гoстя прoводитcя качественная уборка. Не для проведения увеселительных мероприятий, заселение по предоставлению паспорта. С животными +300р.

плюсы: 1)Быстро заселились 2) арендодатель всегда был на связи 3) квартира светлая 4) ванна, туалет немытые минусы: 1) были с детьми, поэтому никуда не давала ходить, вставать ( пол грязный ) 2) посуда тоже была недомытая, нож стоял грязный, чайник весь с ошметками и т. д 3) пододеяльник на диване такое ощущение, что был после кого-то... 4) проблема с водой, т. е с колонкой, вода горячая постоянно пропадает, чтобы помыться, нужно включить воду горячую на кухне
