Advantages:

Хозяйка отзывчивая. Единственный недостаток плохо работает колонка. Посуды хватает. Кухня маленькая, но в комнате есть большой раскладной стол. Первый этаж, удобно. Близко к М-4, парку патриот и музею СССР. Рядом Магнит, Пятёрочка. Расстроили застиранные полотенца и отсутствие освежителя воздуха. Были все моющие средства, туалетная бумага, кофе, чай, сахар, соль, всё необходимое. Мы остановились довольны.
