Advantages:

Удобное место расположение, не далеко от парка "Лога"

Disadvantages:

Ужасно грязная квартира!!! Постельное бельё старое, подушки и одеяла в ужасном состоянии. Кухонные принадлежности тоже в ужасном состоянии, ни нормальной сковородки, ни нормальной кастрюли, чайник тоже очень страшный. Этих денег квартира не стоила.
