Стиральная машинка, большой ж/к телевизор, Wi-Fi, микроволновка, холодильник, кондиционер, два балкона. Комнаты раздельные, санузел раздельный. Уборка производится после каждого гостя. Чистое постельное бельё и полотенца.

Для шумных вечеринок и гулянок квартира не сдаётся.
