Сдаю посуточно уютную студию в 5 минутах езды от трассы м4, собственник. Квартира оснащена все необходимым для комфортного пребывания 3 гостей (дополнительное место-раскладушка!). В шаговой доступности магазины "пятерочка", "магнит", "красное и белое", азс "лукойл". При необходимости предоставляю отчётные документы. При заселении необходимо иметь при себе паспорт. Время заезда с 9: 00 до 21: 00

Advantages:

Понравилось что сами мне позвонили, уточнили о времени заезда. Обо всём договорились по телефону

Disadvantages:

Не работает половина каналов на телевизоре. В душе плохо уходит вода. Приходилось вытирать полы после перелива из кабинки. Мало розеток. Немного не хватило яркости освещения
