Advantages:

Хорошее расположение, рядом набережная и центральный рынок, хорошая кофейня на углу дома, хороший вид из окна. В целом, рекомендую.

Disadvantages:

В квартире постоянное ощущение, что чего-то не хватает: всего два банных полотенца, нет полотенец для лица и для ног (первый раз такое встречаю!), нет банальной обувницы, нет штопора, нет одноразовых зубных щеток, ремонт немного подустал, отвалились несколько декоративных плиток со стены, под барной стойкой отклеившиеся обои, самое печальное очень грязные окна.
