Бесконтактное заселение. Очень доброжелательная хозяйка. В квартире есть всё для комфортного проживания. Очень мягкий матрас на кровати, посуды достаточно, жильё в новом доме.

Disadvantages:

В городе Ростове-на-Дону очень плохо с общественным транспортом. От дома можно уехать только на такси
