Сдаю свою 1 км. квартиру в самом центре города.
В квартире есть все необходимое. Отопление свое - итальянский двухконтурный котел. Поэтому в квартире всегда тепло, и в межсезонье тоже.
Для праздников и мероприятий квартира не сдаётся. Курить в квартире нельзя.
Два дивана, кресло-кровать, шкаф, 3 тумбочки.
Самый центр города. Поблизости вузы, парк отдыха, набережная, штаб СКВО, РАНХиГС, РИНХ (РГЭА), РГСУ, ЮФУ, мед. институт, мед. колледж, таможенная академия и академия архитектуры, центр "Амалфея", ОКДЦ на Пушкинской, 127, больница СКЖД (Варфоломеева, 92), Леге Артис, дом Офицеров.

Хорошая квартира, прямо в самом центре Ростова, а тихо, с заселением нет проблем, все очень просто, за такую цену просто подарок, не дома, конечно, но очень прилично.

Advantages:

Расположение, отопление, спальные места, чистота белья.

Disadvantages:

Пришлось ремонтировать бачок в туалете и слив раковины на кухне, купить и вкрутить сгоревшие лампочки.
