Advantages:

Отличная квартира в современном ЖК. Находится на окраине города, недалеко от трассы, что удобно при поездках на "Юга". Хороший ремонт, новая мебель, удобная кровать. В квартире присутствует вся нужная техника и принадлежности. Рядом просторная парковка с видеонаблюдением, есть несколько магазинов в пешей доступности. Хозяин всегда на связи и поможет, подскажет в случае возникновения вопросов.
