Доброго времени суток. Сдаётся 1к квартира на 3 этаже 10 этажного дома в центре западного. Рядом в шаговой доступности областная больница развлекательный центр золотой вавилон, окей, касторама, школа милиции. Остановка рядом с домом можно уехать в любой конец города. Квартира после кап ремонта. Есть чистая постельное бельё полотенца средство гигиены чай кофе сахар соль. Правило проживание в квартире если курите только на балконе. Если у вас животное собаки кошки и так далее обговаривается с хозяином квартиры потому что за животных отдельная плата. Заселение с паспортом в 14. 00 выселение до 12. 00. Если квартира пустая можем заселить и рано когда вам удобно. Залог 2000рублей возвращается после сдачи квартиры. Бесконтактное заселение.
