Сдается чистая и уютная квартира в тихом, спальном районе. В квартире есть все необходимое для комфортного проживания. Двуспальный удобный диван 160*200, односпальная кровать с новым ортопедическим матрасом, телевизор, кондиционер, холодильник, газовая печь, микроволновая печь, чайник, посуда, стиральная машина, утюг, гладильная доска, душевые принадлежности.

Заселение производим в любое время после 14:00, выезд до 12:00. Ранний заезд и поздний выезд возможен по предварительному согласованию за дополнительную стоимость.

Обеспечительный залог в размере 1000 рублей. Вселяем при наличии паспорта.

В квартире запрещено курить и устраивать вечеринки. В случае жалобы от соседей на шум в позднее время происходит выселение без возвращения залога. В состоянии алкогольного и наркотического опьянения вселение не производится.
