Advantages:

Квартира новая, идеально чистая, много техники. Такую чистоту редко встречаешь!Есть всё, что нужно для проживания. Двор без машин, но парковочное место рядом найти не проблема. Пока еще мало магазинов, но дом еще не полностью заселён. Заселение дистанционное, хозяйка всё объяснила. в общем, смело можно рекомендовать останавливаться здесь!
