Advantages:

Свежий ремонт, хозяин всегда был на связи, безконтактное заселение и выселение, красивый вид из окна.

Disadvantages:

Полное отсутствие звукоизоляции в доме. У всех соседей идут ремонты. На фото этого не видно, но вид будет раскрываться не только на реку, но и на весь угол здания. Поэтому вы, как и соседи из бокового крыла, при желании, сможете наблюдать друг за другом
