Advantages:

Квартира относительно новая и просторная (ремонт сделан не так давно), нет посторонних запахов. Хороший вид из окна, расположение на 7 этаже и рядом нет других высоток смотрящих "окна в окна".

Disadvantages:

Отсутствует гладильная доска, утюг необходимо очистить, т. К. Имеются следы "пригоревшей" одежды... Из-за качества ремонта, некоторые розетки не закреплены и выпадают из стен. Очень не хватало штор в спальне, в видимой близости гостиница, которая переливается ночью как новогодняя елка. Нет спичек для газовой плиты (функция искры отсутствует) и не хватало глубоких тарелок.
