Advantages:

Удобное расположение, район выбирала под мероприятие. Хороший уютный дворик. Все устроило.

Disadvantages:

Замок на калитке с сюрпризом, ночью не могли попасть в дом. Пришлось кричать. Спасибо, были соседи, открыли калитку. Кондиционер мертвый от слова совсем. Только что гудит.
