Чистота в номерах, завтраки очень вкусные, все что нужно для душа в достатке! Лифт приезжает быстро))

Disadvantages:

Качество обслуживания ресепшен, очень грубые и невежливые сотрудники отеля. Такое ощущение, как будто пришла к ним домой. Неприятный остался осадок. Не в первый раз останавливаемся и это обслуживание не меняется. Грустно((
